Recently Russian client confirmed their customize roller fabric order of 2000m, this client once cooperated with us for 2 rolls regular stocked roller fabircs after a long time since we sent them fabric samples, and they sent us their ideal fabric sample later as the picture showed, then we sent our samples P4102-this fabric is made of 100% polyester and width 2.4m, 185gsm, MOQ 4000 m but as we want to manufacture this fabric as stock then we applied to reduce MOQ to 2000m for this client.
Now the customized order just arrived forwarder’s warehouse yesterday, this client contacted us again to customize another 2000m of the same fabirc, lucky we customized 4000m at the first begining, the left 2000m are gray cloth, can be customized to the same fabric of client purchased with 12 days(just need to fix the structure), now invoice and freight were checked again, we can start to fix the fabric structure once receiving the payment.
Really appreciate this client trust us so much because we wrote 70% deposit and 30% balance before shipping, but this client paid 100% full payment, we also tried our best to shortened the lead time about 20 days, and we will try our best to make clients feel that it’s a happy experience to cooperate with us.
